Many hospital-based nurse clinicians and nurse leaders are interested in clinical research, but do not know how to access resources to begin the process. Developing a culture of scholarship in an organization is a long journey. Hospital-based nurse scientist play an essential role in the infrastructure required to have a successful nursing research program. This webinar will explore the role of the hospital-based nurse scientist.

This webinar will be lead by Esther Chipps, PhD, RN, NEA-BC and conducted via Zoom.
