This presentation will focus on a large academic health system’s partnership with a vendor to trial AI-enabled fall prevention technology to reduce falls across the system.  We will discuss how we started as a pilot and spread it system wide with focus on collaborative leadership, human-centered design, and outcomes, especially the ROI.
